Formula 1 coverage to end
That is true as well, the articles are brief and easy to read, they don't take a million minutes to load.

Formula 1 coverage to end
I for one came to WCF because of you timely F1 news and to check out the latest happening in the sport. I do keep other sites like James Allen's but you guys provided the whole package. I'll still keep WCF in my favorites but will miss the right hand side of the page; I think you should reconsider.

Official: Michael Schumacher to Race Mercedes GP in 2010
I am a Ferrari fan first and a Michael fan second so it's good to see him back, next season will sure be an awesome one. That said, we have to remember the person who ended Michael's championship streak and took the title in 2005 and 2006 and who he's racing for now =).

Santander to pay for Raikkonen transfer - report
Although I'm of Spanish descent and a supporter of Alonso's move to Ferrari, it would be a shame to see Kimi go, his personality might be unlike any other driver in F1 but he's got to be the best driver out there, he's even won a race and kept the pace with this year's horrible car which IMO next year will be the best.

2011 McLaren MP4-12C Officially Revealed - 35 Photos
Thanks but NO Thanks. McLaren is now trying to make a comeback instead of holding on to the momentum of the F1. McLaren, it's too late to come into the game. McLaren managed to steal Ferrari's 458 development information as well? Its a collage of different sports cars from around the globe without a clear definition: 458 of course, Gallardo, Saleen S7, R8 with a cheap Pontiac interior and still looks very boring.

Schumacher Eyeing F60 Test
Completely agree. Michael Schumacher is my all time favorite driver but Jaime Alguersuari should also get a chance to test during the break. The testing ban is a very stupid idea, testing should be permitted as long as the team makes arrangements for which track to use and such. I thought the rule was FIA's as well.

Its Official! Ferrari Confirm Michael Schumacher will Replace Felipe Massa
I grew up watching Schumi winning races, so as a fan this is great but came under unfortunate circumstances. I am not expecting any podiums from him but I'm very happy to see him at the grid running a Ferrari once again. This is what Michael said on his website: "Though it is true that the chapter Formula 1 has been closed for me since long and completely, it is also true that for loyalty reasons to the team I cannot ignore that unfortunate situation. But as the competitor I am I also very much look forward to facing this challenge."

Its Official! Ferrari Confirm Michael Schumacher will Replace Felipe Massa
This is great news. Just heard it on CNN and thought they were only following rumors. That was the best they could've done for Felipe (his seat will not be at risk), Michael, the team and F1.

Haug should push out Kovalainen and sign Rosberg - Stuck
Nico Rosberg is an excellent driver with excellent skills, he shouldn't be 2nd to anyone including Hamilton. I also think Alonso is a great driver but Ferrari should also look into Nico to replace Kimi in 2011.

BMW Confirm F1 Exit
Another strike for the F1 we love, soon F1 will lose most manufacturer teams. It's a shame when F1 should be run by manufacturers. The FIA should've given green light to ProDrive/Aston Martin, instead they brought these three new PRIVATE teams who will last a year or two. Thanks Max and Bernie for ruining the sport.

Rendered Speculation: Ferrari 458 Italia Spyder
This is by far the best name for a Ferrari. Ferrari already have: Europa America California Daytona Maranello Modena Fiorano Italia

Ferrari 458 Italia Revealed
I don't like the renderings, that's not the real 458 anyway. Experience tells me I have to see a new Ferrari in person before saying WOW. People who don't like the California obviously have not seen the real car, and I though it was horrible when I saw the first pictures. Technology-wise, the Italia is a marvel and I love the name Ferrari 458 Italia.

Alonso could Replace Massa in Valencia - report
Not going to happen, although it would be cool. Fernando might race for Ferrari in 2011, but as Ferrari said both Kimi and Felipe have contracts through the end of 2010. Fernando also has an ongoing contract with Renault though ending this year he will not break it. If Renault can't race in Valencia Alonso will still get his paycheck.

GM to Sell Chevy Volt on Ebay
I can't believe I'm paying hard earned tax dollars to keep this rip off of a company afloat. We the people are the ones in desperate need of a stimulus plan not a bunch of old rich men who keep on trying to rip us off. I stay loyal to foreign cars built in the U.S.

F1 peace ends: FOTA 'walks out' of FIA meeting
FOTA brought this upon themselves. Don't get me wrong, I support the FOTA teams 100% but the deal with Mosley last month after the WMSC was making a deal with the devil himself. I said it back then and will say it again, Mosley is not gonna give up and the problems will continue. It would've been better if FOTA went with the breakaway series, now it's too late.

Peace in F1: the first details
No lower prices and no listening to the fans, the FOTA press release was just a bargaining chip. The loser here is not Max Mosley but us fans.

FOTA Ends Breakaway Threat as Cost Cutting Deal is Reached with FIA
It's good that Mosley is not up for re-election but it doesn't look so good for the fans. We will still have to pay an arm and a leg to go to the events, there will still be a budget cap and Bernie is still there to suck the money out of fans and the sport. Yes, in this sport it's all about the money, but what about the promises FOTA made to the fans huh? Go F1.

Official: FOTA Announce Breakaway Series for 2010
This is excellent news, better racing and more innovation. FOTA is really thinking about the fans and that's were the bottom line rests. The legal fights will be big but we all support FOTA and I am glad they've made this decision.

Carmakers should supply engines only - Stuck
So who is this guy - is his brain stuck or something? The best of F1 are the auto manufacturers, F1 will be nothing without them. Yes, Brawn is doing good but it was Honda who spent the money, the year before was Mercedes with Ferrari winning constructor's and Renault years before and so on. Williams was the last non-manufacturer to win constructor's and driver's championship in 1997. I really wouldn't follow Stuck's advise, it has no content whatsoever.

Even without FOTA, 2010 grid already full
I'm sure Max and Bernie aren't stupid enough to let the current teams go, it's the money that has the last say. Anyhow if FOTA breaks away they have the audience, support and funds to create a new league while the FIA and F1 have nothing but a bunch of useless contracts.

Iconic names March and Brabham bid for 2010 F1 return
I doubt Pagani will enter F1 but would be good. But right now, as Ferrari mentioned in their statement a couple days ago, F1 is slowly becoming GT3 with all the private teams and the FIA clearly giving these small teams more priority than well established auto manufacturer teams.

F1 'will die' without new blood - Mosley
"You can't have just a lot of old men running it." Is that a joke on Max's part? The only old men running F1 to the ground right now are himself and Bernie.

Prodrive set for 2010 F1 entry - to become Aston Martin in 2012
To Bristol's comment and your question I imagine that Aston Martin want's to take their time to design a winning engine and car. In 2012 they'll go from Mercedes power to Aston Martin. I'm very excited about ProDrive, Lola and looking forward to USF1.

Prodrive set for 2010 F1 entry - to become Aston Martin in 2012
Yes, very good news, real automobile manufacturers is what F1 needs, not a bunch of energy drinks.

Customer cars may break F1 crisis stalemate
Budget caping is a bad idea, IMO. With these smaller private teams the FIA wants F1 will turn into just another cart series. Lets face it, the big teams and car manufacturers are the ones that catch the "audience". Who wants to see some private team that has nothing to do with anything racing? Maybe a few people, but this will not bring in any revenue. What the FIA needed to do was to create incentives to bring in more manufacturers into F1 - Audi, Aston Martin or something not lure away the ones they have. I don't want to see some energy drinks racing or some billionaire out there that has nothing to do with the automobile industry. I hope everything works out but please don't let F1 become just another racing series.

Briatore's boat to host Friday FOTA meeting
Although I love F1 I'm starting to like this second option of a new league, but 50+ years of tradition will be lost to Mosley's whim.

FIA hits out after Ferrari court bid
I'm not sure that would work. If a new team wants in it has to know there is a lot of money involved, if you don't have the necessary amount to invest in technology and everything else do not join.
