I think the 1.4 Turbo variants currently on offer are 120bhp and 155bhp, so this new variant does indeed offer a 15bhp increase on both models.

Seat cars are already available South of the border in Mexico. I don't know if they are made there or imported bu I did see a lot whilst I was there 2 years ago.
