Infiniti G37 Sedan coming to U.S in 2009?

One of the members over at forum site MotiveMag has uncovered details of the 2009 Infiniti G37 Sedan. Word on the street suggests the G-series G35 sedan will get a name change due to the upgraded 330HP 3.7L VQ Engine with VVEL Technology found in the G37 Coupe and it will be mated to an electronically-controlled 7-speed automatic transmission

Other modifications include new 18'' alloy sport wheel, redesigned side view mirrors and two new exterior colors – Moonlight White and Sahara Sandstone. See below for the full list.

Our pals over at Autoblog have managed to contact the Infiniti PR department who refused to deny the G37 sedan was in the works, but they did confirm we can expect official details for the 2009 G-series in August which will also have the retractable hardtop G37 coupe in its range.
