Further design details revealed

Here are latest photos of Porsche’s new four-door model, Panamera, on its way to the main entrance of the Nürburgring race track. The prototype has finally shed some of its camouflage revealing more design and body panel details. Although accent lines in the outer doors panels and front and rear bumper fascias are still covered, we can see other details emerging such as an elongated taillight and front headlamp shape. But the most interesting detail is how Porsche managed to incorporate the rear quarter panel glass shape of the current 911 model into the rear door of the Panamera. As a result, it gives the Panamera a stealthier fastback appearance instead of a more mundane four-door saloon configuration. If you look at the side profile photo long enough you start to forget there's a rear door there.
