A new name in customization: Audi exclusive Personality calls for individual expression, for tailormade concepts in response to particular needs. quattro GmbH's customisation range satisfies even the most exacting of requirements. quattro GmbH customises Audi vehicles precisely according to the buyer's personal preferences and tastes. One of the most common custom options is a special paint finish in virtually any shade or hue. There is only one restriction here: the paint used must water-soluble, to ensure that it is environmentally compatible. quattro GmbH likewise offers an extensive range of options for upgrading the interior. The range of leathers includes 17 different colours. The two leather grades Valcona and Fine Nappa are also available, as well as nine colours of Alcantara. To match the leather, the inserts in the dash panel, the centre console and the doors can be given fine-wood appointments of natural materials such as noble woods. Bird's eyes and trunk sections are steamed, sliced into thin veneers and seasoned at length. These veneers are then moistened, flattened and trimmed. S line for the Audi A3 The S line gives the successful Audi A3 a more dynamic look and greater sports appeal. These include even more overtly sporty low-slung suspension settings with special springs and firmer dampers, cast aluminium wheels of a 9-spoke design with size 225/45 R 17 low-section tyres, exclusive body colours in Avus Silver or Misano Red pearl effect as an additional optional colour, sports seats with electrically adjustable lumbar support, seat upholstery with the centre section in "Speed" fabric and the side sections in leather, a 3-spoke sports steering wheel with perforated leather, gear lever knob in perforated leather (optionally aluminium gear lever knob), instrument cluster with light grey dials, S line logo on the side panel and rear door. The design of these wheels underlines the exclusive, individual impression on the model range. The wheels are of a supreme standard of quality, and they actively underpin the dynamic performance and sporting characteristics of an Audi. A few examples: For the A4, A6 and A8 there is a cast alloy wheel of size 7.5 J x 17 in cross-spoke design; it can be fitted with size 225/45 R 17 or 225/55 R 17 tyres for the A8. The 9-spoke design familiar from the RS 4 can be supplied for several models and in various sizes: the S3 with the combination 8 J x 18 and 225/40 R 18 tyres; the A6 4.2 and S6 with wheel size 8.5 J x 18 and 255/35 R 18 tyres.
