I'm from Wolfsburg in Germany, home of Volkswagen and i not only saw a Tesla round here a few times already but also heard a Golf V in the streets sounding very awsome like an electric motor powered prototype. Because of the e-motor the car sounded very fast and quite awsome - till then i was very sceptical about soundings of future electric vehicles, but i'm pretty surprised now:); although i must say even if it sounded nice and electrifying, it was still quite a loud noise at high revs:(. let's e-drive! cheers! -

Audi R8 Electric Vehicle Concept Rumored to Debut in Frankfurt YES, an all electric powered R8? I want one. If it goes at least as good as the Tesla, i'll be the first to order. Were cool if Audi were the first german worldbrand to finally enter the all electic automotive future with a serious awsome looking supercar. electric cars are the only future and with Audi on the grid it would be a perfect entrance into that new market. Just curious how the sound will be like. surely not as awsome as a patrol R8, but better no sound at all than a funny sounding wannabe hybrid sports engine :). way to go AUDI! Don't wait! hey, why don't Audi also first compete LeMans with electric racecars (ERCs)? the way they did before the current R8 to prove their supersports and endurance competence ahead of road series production? could be a new competition category for a new electric racing trophy. But then i guess the batteries won't do it yet. -

2012 Jeep Grand Cherokee SRT8 Sketch Leaks excuse me benzian, but i don't give a d.... since when this project has been in development. the artical says it's planned for !2012!. thats still long enough ahead of time. if it were only tomorrow i'd say "alright", but not 2012! now with those billions bailout they are to cut that non-sence JEEP project immediatly and invest in electric motion power technology. i mean, tell me why tesla with a much smaller budget only took a few years to come up with the only correct technology and have already presented their second model also for 2012? i also don't care that the economic meltdown will be overcome someday, that is of course certain, i know that, the only thing thats relevant is: we are also crashing envirementally and we all need to wake up behind the wheel. in ten years the poles ice will be gone, natural disasters are increasing each year. all because of co2 emissions. and because the ordanary heads are to shortminded, dumm, ignorant and arrogant to make the right decissions on their own, or simply because they can't build their own cars, certain people who are in charge there fore have to dicide even more responsable, speaking of all CEOs of the traffic & production industry. especially when they are lent taxpayers money. now i don't know if you're american, but i hope you don't have children who must try to survive on this burning earth thirty, fifty years from now, thanks to the ignorant & arrogant AHs of today. i also don't mean to affend you, but if you too still believe everything is going fine, i just hope you and all blind knobs wake up soon, cause else we all will have to be driving SOAPBOXES to work in our livetime instead of 2ton-SUVs each. and, of course i love fast and beautiful cars like bugattis, lambos, vettes, vipers, camaros, bigblocks, etc. too, but i rather give those up than this earth respectively quality life on this earth for our next generations. and we all ought to.
