Mercedes SL65 AMG gets a reprieve, coming to NY Auto Show - report

Perhaps the AMG M275 V12 6.0L will get a few more years, since it's similar platform to the (SL65 BS) improved AMG M158 on the new 2013 Pagani Huayra =) Also, spray guided injection would be nice in future V12's hopefully.

It would be nice to go back to the traditional Inlin6 with an iron block single VNT turbo w/decent compression (10.5:1cr), run full dry-sump, & Cylinder head with Direct injection. And add dual VANOS with variable lift..ala Porsche Variocam plus.
