Volkswagen Scirocco Design Interview I owned a '78 Scirocco and like the new interpretation. It's a logical step in the looks and function of the car in light of restrictions and demands of the auto industry (rules and regulations) in the 21st Century. I just wish it was going to be marketed in the U.S.

Hyundai Unveils Rear-Wheel-Drive Genesis Coupe Concept I think the car is very good looking (the actual production car photos recently published on several sites), especially compared to the somewhat 'dated' design of the new Honda Accord coupe. The Genesis coupe looks much more modern, and the inclusion of a 300hp engine might win converts from Toyota, Nissan and even Honda over to Hyundai. I too remember when Hyundai cars were nothing more than very inexpensive transporation. Now they're competitive with other brands in their markets and at better prices. I have a Honda Prelude and I'm seriously considering this new Hyundai coupe.

Lincoln MKS Ready for LA Debut It looks as though Lincoln designers tried too hard to cram all of the show-car features of this car onto a shorter production wheel-base, resulting in a somewhat dumpy looking vehicle (the roofline is too tall, the rear wheels not back far enough). The production version is ungainly taller than the show-car as well resulting in a not very well balanced design. Cadillac continues to look much better(!).
