Dodge Challenger #43 Auction Started Why are they being auctioned off now? Because they're the buzz car right now and they don't want to have to try and auction them once they hit the streets in numbers and people see how ugly the interior really is. I kinda like the 300's but this... The guys who did the prototype did a good job. it just didn't translate well to production. :p

Dodge Challenger SRT8 Revealed Guess I'm not the only one that cringed when I saw the interior. The Proto had better styling and like joelynn said. A bit of brushed aluminium can do alot. Where Dodge realy missed the boat is with some of the originals selling for 100k+ and limitting the number of how many SRT8's are actualy going to be built. They should have have gone with a higher asking price (Thus nicer aminiteys. ie: interior, no crappy plastic spoilers) and made it a car realy worth collecting. They still would have all been sold before they were even off the production line at 70-80k.

Splinter Supercar Made of Wood Was impressed with the effort untill I saw the pic with all the wood filler in use. A little putty and a little paint. Make a carpenter what he ain't. Don't like the idea of wooden brake rotors either. Love the steering wheel though.
