Next Gen VW Touran MPV Mule First Spy Photos I worked for VW a few years back, and I can tell you that you have no idea what you are talking about in regards to europeans demanding higher standard. when a VW car is finished at a mfr plant, it is ranked into three possible quality levels (forgot the names), basically best, middle, and worst. For your information, the US and Japan (only) get the best vehicles. They are deemed to be the pickiest markets. Europe and a few others get the middle quality cars. Then Latin America and other developing countries get the crap. At least that is how it was when Ferdinand Pi?ch was in charge (who mfr people feared due to his ability to spot inperfections).
