Where are you most likely going to spy any models undergoing testing? 3 places: outside factories, very hot places (desert), very cold places (arctic circle). So instead of hanging about in 'normal places', you go to high frequency places in a concentrated area, where its common knowledge that lots of manufacturers do their testing. Just guessing...
