Time for a real car company to buy Lotus. It would make a great addition to BMW's portfolio of British marques. M engined Lotuses sounds like a wonderful ting to me.

Clearly, it is a blatant rip-off of the A8 shifter. I'm confused though as the 12th picture shows a more conventional shifter gate. Perhaps the Audi shifter is only used on 8-speed cars?

From an engineering perspective, the worlds best and most sophisticated NA engines have around 100 hp per liter. Ferrari 458, Porsche 911, and BMW M3. By that logic, to be competitive their engine should produce 870 hp. Of course it never will. The viper is such a joke. Fiat should instead consider giving the Dodge division a version of the Alfa 4C. Dodge has been mulling over the idea of a smaller sports car for some time as evidenced by the Demon concept.

I don't think that VW will lose any sleep. Even if one could make the argument that Bentley occupies a lower market segment than RR, let's not forget about Bugatti. Bentley and Bugatti are run by the same person which in effect makes them the same company. RR will likely never offer anything as fast, luxurious, and exlusive as the upcoming Galibier,
