Company is having problems due to this fact. Owner wants to close the dealership?s down because he is basically sick of faulty cars he receives from the production and dealing with unhappy customers. Mercedes are unfriendly, service is on a ok level, cars are top notch quality, BMW service is ridiculous, very rude and all they want is fame without justifying their proven facts, cars lots of electrical problems. And for Audi he is comparing them to Mercedes in quality and in many cases says Audi is better. I own Audi as many of my friends are and half of them are diesel cars. Audi has the best diesel technology in the world I have never heard one turbo problem crap mentioned here, as I know many people who drive Audi TDI. The service I get from Audi is absolutely outstanding, no matter even if I take the car for little things, such to change brake light they provide me with car for a day and usually I tell them I need it for 2 and its all fine, full tank of petrol, cars given to me are brand new, all this is done free of charge. The only time I pay is when I do minor and major service of my vehicle than obviously I pay for what it needs to be done.
