BMW autonomous driving system announced I have to say, this is the most ridiculous idea I've ever heard of on a BMW! You're going to turn the "Ultimate Driving Machine" into the Ultimate Passing Machine?! BMWs are about the joy of driving, there's no joy in having a computer pass for you when you can floor your own accelerator with a big grin on your face! Something like this might be fine in a Toyota or Lexus, but not a BMW! What's next, will the car clip the apex perfectly for you on a corner? /rant

Lamborghini Reventon Roadster Photos Revealed This thing just looks like it flies... in SPACE!!! This car for me defines Hypercar, it looks insane, it's so well detailed, it can't be mistaken for anything else and of course it goes like stink! Ferrari may make the better car and I'm sure the Murcie SV is overall a better performer, but this thing should be on kids bedroom walls, just as the Countach was on mine!

Mercedes Introduces C 350 CGI BlueEFFICIENCY For those of us not familiar with the European fuel economy figures, I calculated it to be about 28.3 US MPG. Considering that the car's got near 300 HP and weighs as much as it does, that's very impressive. I sincerely hope MB decides to bring this engine over the pond. For comparison, the regular C 350 averages 21 US MPG, weighs 3615 lbs and has 268 HP.

Ford Reveals Small-Car Vision for North America at Detroit: Verve Sedan Concept NICE! Looks like Ford of North America may be finally embracing the European design philosophy. This reminds me a great deal of the Iosis concept and the European Ford Mondeo. I also love the super futuristic interior.

2009 Cadillac CTS-V Debuts at NAIAS New V is a winner, I think the grill would look better if it was only mesh on the top. A bit porky on the scales so I'm concerned that it wouldn't be as maneuverable as an M3 and be closer to an M5. Hopefully they'll still charge M3 money for it. Also, I've heard disappointing things about the manual in the standard CTS, if they've fixed that for this car that would be awesome.
