Audi Variable Valvelift System in Detail Forgive me if I'm wrong, but Porsche has had this for some years with their "Variocam/Variocam Plus". Came out in the early 1990's I believe. Six years in development? Do not get me wrong, Audi are an amazing company and have a whole selection of inovations when it comes to the industry.
