Acura NSX Super Bowl ad with Jerry Seinfeld and Jay Leno [video] Nothing at all wrong with the commercial. It was hilarious! And don't worry, Honda had to pay a pretty penny to get two of comedy's biggest legends to be in their ad for the new NSX. What it brings is not only fan fare but brand recognition to those customers that might not have any interest. And being the both Leno and Steinfeld are infamously known as being huge car buffs, associating their names with a non-production ready version of it was a huge investment well worth it! Fyi, it's still only a concept folks!

2025 Lincoln Continental EV student project could become reality What's with all the negative over reaction to what is only a concept? So what if it's a bit over the top or a break from reality; that is what it's suppose to be. What would you rather have? The same regurgitated recycled cookie cutter designs Ford is known for? Obviously, some of these details won't go into production; that's not the goal. The goal is to make a statement; a lasting impression. But I can see how it may influence future designs and I for one overall like what I see. Not a fan of Lincoln or Ford but I've never been one to stand in the way of granting someone (probably some 19 year old student) creative freedom. If this will be the new face of Lincoln in the near future, can't say I'm disapointed.

You have to see it in person to get a real grasp of just how awesome it really is; especially when parked next to the F-1. I drive by the new dealership in Palo Alto every morning on my way to work just drooling over both cars. And, as much as it pains me to say it, I find myself looking over in the direction of the MP4-12C more often than I do the priceless F-1.

Honda, specifically the Accord, has always maintained an ultra conservative approach when designing their cars; this is nothing new (except for the excessive, and unneeded, use of chrome here). Same can be said with Camry. So it should be no surprise, or let down, when seeing only slight changes in a new model. What most here do not understand is that there is a difference between being your average consumer who doesn't want something that looks like a poor mans Cadillac vs the sports car fan/enthusiast who want something that stands out in a crowd. To the later, if you want a true sports car you're looking in the wrong direction; although performance wise you probably couldn't tell. In the end, the people writing the checks are the majority who want these type of "boring" cars. Those affordable brands (specifically Korean models) that push the design front do not age well nor have the demand/resale value "boring Honda's" have 4... 5... 6 years down the road.

Acura NSX to be built in US - revealed in Detroit [videos] Me: Doing a happy dance, right now! As the proud owner of a 95' NSX, this is the best news I've heard in a very long time. After seeing several failed attempts at launching a new NSX, I think this something that all fans, as well as Honda's engineering team, can agree with and be excited about.
