2010 Chevrolet Equinox Pricing to Start at $23,185

If you need me to define 'crisp lines' for you, you either lack the intellect and vocabulary of an educated person and/or have not read as much as a decent review of a car, as the term is widely used to describe clean and effective lines. And Lexus was replaced by Buick in dependability, but did you happen to forget Jaguar as well? Then there is also the difference between reliability ratings and the engineering of an automobile (two completely different things), and if you need me to explain that difference to you as well, I'd rather not waste my time doing so. And in all honesty, does anyone take Buick seriously in the US? Maybe in China, where Buick is a major premium automobile manufacturer, but in the US, a Buick may draw as much as a scoff.

Look up the specifications. The Mercedes ML 550 and ML63 AMG get 0-60 times that are better than any time the X5 and the X6 are able to achieve. And none of the competition SUV's come close? Have you seen the figures for a Porsche Cayenne? Not to mention that when comparing similarly equipped MLs and X5s, the Mercedes will probably cost much less. And personally, I think Mercedes' are much more agile and better to drive than BMW.
BMW X6 M & X5 M Officially Revealed

I said the X5 is a relatively slow vehicle compared to other vehicles in its category such as the ML and the Cayenne. What is the car that you are talking about that has a 0-60 time of 4.5s?

Yes, the GLK is not handsome at all and as a matter of fact, the front end is ridiculous. But in terms of design, the crisp lines and compact design, with no unecessary elements and add-ons make the car look clean and stylish. This car, with its huge front end, strange bulges and somewhat incoherently matching panels just does not add up. American cars have gotten better, but European and Japanese automobiles are dominating the car industry in terms of product design and engineering no doubt. This is where nationality comes in, no matter how much you may want to deny it.
2009 GMC Yukon Denali Hybrid Announced for New York Debut
April 6, 2009
I don't exactly understand the point of this car. First of all, if you are wealthy enough to buy the Yukon Denali in this economy, you are probably not too worried about the cost of gas. And then there is a premium for the Hybrid as opposed to the regular, and it is questionable whether the savings in gas will even compensate the premium. Then of course, performance figures are drastically affected, as in the Escalade Hybrid. So to me, this vehicle is one moronic idea.

Didn't Nissan also have a thing with BMW for using 'M' to designate a certain Infiniti for an advertisement?
Project Kahn Present Bentley Flying Spur Pearl White Edition
April 5, 2009
Well what else has Kahn changed besides the wheels, which are in all honesty, massive and not much better looking than stock rims. Point is, there's a reason that every car designer makes a car look the way it does. In most cases, aesthetic tuners just ruin the original unless that job was already done by the designers, which also seems to be the case with many American cars. There, massive 22" rims and ugly body kits can't really hurt.

Trying to ignore the fact that this is an American car, and looking at it from a neutral standpoint, I can only say that I don't think this car will in any way help GM's situation. Why doesn't GM make an attempt to come out with something that doesn't look so ugly, moronic and bloated. Are they completely oblivious to the elegant and handsome designs that are coming out of Europe and Japan?
Lexus LFA Racecar Testing at Nurburgring
April 5, 2009
This LF-A crap is getting pretty old. Just come out with the damn car already. I hate how Toyota and Lexus take so long to come out with new models, which doesn't exactly help that nearly every car they come out looks one of either ugly, boring, outdated or plain ridiculous.
