Given the extent of the damage to the Lambo as well as the Mercedes roof ornament, I could reasonably "assume" (not claiming to be an expert) that the car was traveling at a high rate of speed. This is not uncommon for law enforcement. If the car was traveling at that high a speed, I would deduce that this accident didn't start at the point where this picture was taken. Therefore, his resting position in respect to the lane cannot be used to determine if he did in fact try to avoid something. I am not saying he didn't, just saying that his position in the lane can't be used to determine that because the avoidance "probably" took place behind where the car came to rest.

Not that one would choose to do this but they used a V10 TDi VW Touareg to tow a Jumbo Jet. I would imagine the V12 TDi could tow two. Imagine being the key word. :)
