Wake up people!!!! Bush is history, move on now.
Chavez is an idiot extremist who wants everybody to do whatever he says. He is running that country to the ground by forcing everybody to stay outdated.
Instead of building "rustic vehicles" why not to build better roads so you wont need such outdated, unsafe POS?
