2012 Mercedes SL spied near the N?rburgring I don't see any reason to fuss just yet... waaaaay too much camo on that for me to form a definitive opinion. I'll wait until I see a bit more of it.

Hennessey tuned Cadillac CTS-V vs. Porsche 911 and Nissan GT-R [video] Silly comparison test... unless drag racing is all you do (& in that case anybody could build a 10 sec. car for a fraction of what this V costs). If Hennessey really wanted to make this wagon look good, they would have run it against an E63 or M5 Touring (it's real competition), not yesterday's GT-R & Porsche. 650hp & drag radials, & all it could do is barely eke out a win? I don't think these videos had the desired effect, Mr. Hennessey. I'm not impressed... not even a lil' bit.

Mitsubishi Evo not dead - just getting neutered? The IX, no contest. I haven't owned an X yet, but I've driven a few & it's pretty damn good... in a lot of respects much better than the IX, but I prefer the lighter feel of the IX out of the box. Everything is more direct & immediate when compared to the X. That said though, the X is an impressive piece, especially on a track. The SST is frightfully good (especially in full auto mode). I prefer to row my own gears to be honest, but there's no doubt that the SST will make you quicker.

Mitsubishi Evo not dead - just getting neutered? As a long time Evo owner (I've owned 7... various generations) I was saddened by the news, but the truth is a lot of people who speak highly of Evos only do just that: speak. Mitsubishi barely sold 2000 Evos last year, despite it having a seemingly huge following. Evo enthusiasts who really want to make sure Mitsubishi keeps building them should go out & buy one. Otherwise, they're gonna kill it. Love doesn't keep car companies alive. The unfortunate & ugly truth is that most people who buy cars worldwide aren't car enthusiasts: that's why vanilla cars like the Camry & Accord sell so well. Us enthusiasts need to start putting our money where our mouths are, or affordable practical & sporty cars like the Evo & WRX aren't long for this world.

Ferrari FF caught by dog sled cam - clearest footage yet [video] I think it looks fantastic! Reminds me of the BMW M Coupe & the Volvo P1800ES... two cars that I thought were great looking as well. Definitely unconventional, but if you want boring, buy a Toyota.

BMW M5 spied in a new color I read a story that said it's only gonna be available in automatic. Not sure how true that is, but I'll be sorely disappointed if that's the case. It'll still be amazing regardless though.

2012 Mercedes C55 AMG Coupe spied I disagree as well. Pretty much everyone I know who's a Merc fan (and a whole lot that aren't) marvels @ the noise the 6.3 makes... especially with the P30 package.
