2011 BMW 1-Series Coupe & Convertible facelift revealed [video] The 1-series seems like the E30 (the 3 series from 1980 something to 90 something) of the year 2010/11. The E30's aesthetic design was boxy, compact and edgy, I loved it. The 2011 1-series maintains that overall E30-esque boxy and compact aesthetic, yet the 1-series's front headlights fail to deliver that edgy, sharp look of the E30. Having slipped on several occasions in snow and rain with my E30 with the correct tires for the condition, I do not feel safe in RWD vehicles. I am non-scientifically, a firm believer, from experience, to have more engine power delivered to the front-wheels than to the rear wheels.

More details/rumors on the upcoming BMW front-drive models It sounds like BMW is creating a scion-like model line-up. I am really excited to see the exterior/interior design and possibly drive the new front-wheel drive cars from BMW. I read on an advertising website, a few months ago, that BMW has increased its advertising budget for 2011. Hence, I am noticing more BMW ads around the web. I can see a large SUV and a smaller one, which exist already, however 2 minivans ? I afree with jai_mav ... WHY 2 ?! I guess there will be a Mazda 5 type of minivan and a larger toyota sienna type of minivan ? ... very curious to what BMW has in store for 2011

2012 BMW 3-Series spied again - more interior shots I am loving BMW's 2010's exterior designs. The cars look luxurious & sporty. However, why can't BMW reach Toyota's & Honda's reputable reliability ? Can someone clarify to why they can't ? Is it to make more money from servicing the cars or am I being too judgmental and harsh ?

BMW considering Mexican parts suppliers - may invest $1 billion As a fan and previous owner of a 1989 325i, I wouldn't mind in which country the parts are purchased or manufactured. As long as BMW becomes more reliable and as solid over the long run and relatively inexpensive to repair and maintain.
