£6m 1937 Bugatti Type 57S Restored Ahead of Auction Im not an expert but I have spent more then half my life in the auto industry. Does anyone know at what point you have to restore a car before it goes to dust? This one appears to be walking a fine line between vintage and needs to be restored. There's alot of rust and the interior looks horrible. 100 years from now there will be nothing left of this thing.

Canada approves $3.5 billion auto bailout I agree that the money is not going to fix the problem, but it will help in not creating others. Many people will keep their jobs (atleast for awhile). 30,000 workers represents alot of people and if they all lose their jobs , the crisis (recession) will just get worse. It is a Band aid until some real help arrives. If you think that the bail out will just keep things "status quo" then youre wrong. The companies will restructure, cut redundant products, and re invest in making a better product. The current financial ruin of the Big 3 is a direct result of the American way...........and as much as I would like to see them fail, putting John Q Public and his family out on the streets is not the answer.

Non-official Hartge X6 Images Emerge As a recently departed BMW employee I hope that I can shed some light on the market for this car. As it was explained to me the X6 is there because SUV's have become rather pedestrian. There was a time when an SUV or SAV (BMW term)was a status symbol and it set you apart from the masses, but since every mom in suburbia has one BMW decided that the original buyers of SAV's still wanted to be set apart. The X6 opens up that segment again. It was not designed to be a great off roader , nor was it designed to be inexpensive ( keep in mind its still a BMW), it was designed for the affluent and the individual that wants to step away from the main stream.
