2014 BMW M3 / M4 (F80/82) inline-6 turbo engine confirmed So the BMW M3 is the F80 and the BMW M4 is the F82. So which is which now, I'm pretty confused...wikipedia here I come....anyway...I'm really happy the I6 is making a comeback...Not that I dont like the V8...BMW M3 went from I6 to V8 and back to I6, It makes you wonder though what would a BMW Flat 6 or Flat 8 would sound like?
