Auto makers should also consider Fully Electric cars and trucks with on board clean fuel engines (gas, bio diesel, natural gas, liquefied hydrogen, etc) solely for charging their batteries. They should also look at putting compact powerful electric motors at each wheel, then you lose no power to the drive train (more power more efficient). Lithium ion battery technology is improving rapidly which will lower their costs. In turn, Hybrid and Fully Electric car prices should follow suit. Car manufactures should also make their batter packs upgradable so that as newer battery technology is introduced they can upgrade their cars that are on the road. This should be an innovation inspiring time for the world wide auto industry; they will spawn new technologies and reshape the Worlds view of the Automobile.
