Schumacher disputes German road speeding charge
July 27, 2010
We are surrounded by dyslexics. Geez, it's "W-IE-smann" (and "Nordschl-EI-fe" on the other end). It can't be THAT hard, can it?
Tiger Light Protected Vehicle by Arotech Unveiled - Based on the Dodge RAM 5500
October 7, 2009
Hm...who's dumb here? If your bling-bling Surburban is soo smart and practical, why don't the guys in Afghanistan, Iraq and the heck where else still drive around in Dingos, Cougars etc? Read it again, it's mine protected for example (note the v-shaped belly), something you can't get from your run of the mill armoured Suburban (or any other "plainclothes" car)
2011 VW Touareg Latest Spy Photos
September 30, 2009
Pardon me, but that is wrong. The Touareg has almost nothing in common with the Passat, except the V6-engine and the VW-Badge. Just look at the engine's orientation: T-Reg longitudinal, Passat transversal. The T-Reg-platform is rather unique in the whole VW construction bin...and has to be, regarding its off road capabilities (and I'll vouch for them, especially).
If any, the Tiguan is closely related to the Passat, since the Tiguan is built using the Golf-platform and the Passat using a modified and stretched Golf-platform.

Ecclestone backs F1 breakaway series with 'GP1 Series'
July 12, 2009
I don't think, he's "backing" the breakaway series. Rather the opposite: by registering these brands he's narrowing the FOTAs chances of getting a name that can be associated with the "old" Formula One.
New Mercedes S-Class Coupe Returns for Latest Round of Testing
June 24, 2009
Jeeez...is it so hard to understand? Along with the facelift, the former CL is renamed S-Class Coupe. No "new model", just a facelift and renaming.
So, to get it clear:
CLK -- E-Class Coupe
CLS -- to be announced, may keep the CLS-monniker
CL -- S-Class Coupe
And the new E-Class Coupe is based on the E-Class, in contrast to the old CLK which was based on the C-Class

Volkswagen Amarok Name Announced for New Pickup Truck
June 7, 2009
Hmm...seems that you're right: 4 door cab, cargo bed, 4WD...oh, wait a minute...that's what pick up trucks are all about! Bwahaha!
Just compare the seam on the a-pillar. Presuming both trucks share the same platform, this seam would be identical on both. But no: it is a lttle bit higher (just as your dear side indicator) on the Amarok. The same goes for the rear doors: on an identical platform it would be too costly to design different doors (concerning their part in structural rigidity in case of a crash - even with a box-on-frame-chassis)...and behold: the Amarok has a small divider on the rear door windows.
This all left out: if there was to be a cooperation between Toyota and Volkswagen, something (especially nowadays) would have leaked. You just can't keep such a thing secret.
Volkswagen Amarok Name Announced for New Pickup Truck
June 5, 2009
No need for screaming, maloparac. Nevertheless, it's utter bullsh*t. The Amarok is an independent VW construction from bumper to bumper. Sure, VW might have used some HiLux-Bodies to disguise their mules (btw: that's what mules are normally) and perhaps also for benchmarking, but nothing more.
But if you can show me some proof, you're welcome...
