Somewhat related to MS's comment, one thing I learned from autocross and especially hill climbs, is that it's a whole lot easier to drive a car as a spectator from the outside than it is from behind the wheel. It's easy for us to watch things in super slo-mo after the fact and decide what should have been done. That said, he has been involved in a few incidents, and taking out Button was obnoxious.
Pundits round on Schu after 'blackest lap' in Canada
June 16, 2010
I watched the race on BBC, and for once they weren't complaining about his speed (they commented numerous times about the tires and how he was quite crippled by their performance). It wasn't a complaint about his pace. I wish they'd drop that discussione -- the guy isn't Ricardo "moving chicane" Rosset for goodness sake, and it's clear his car isn't a winner. The comments were on his aggressive behavior giving people no room (Kubica, Massa, Liuzzi on the last lap). It always seems to be debatable how much pushing other cars onto the grass is proper racing vs. too aggressive.

I'm a MS fan, but that was really poor behavior in the race. It reminded me of some of the blacker moments of Alonso and Webber. Hopefully he'll clean it up. Overall a great race, and hooray for Lewis.
Barrichello wins Valencia GP after Hamilton team mistake
August 24, 2009
I would have liked to see Hamilton win, but he couldn't have lost to a nicer guy. Barrichello just looks so HAPPY every time he wins. I even got a little misty for him. I'll be rooting for him in the championship contention, as it looks exceedingly unlikely that Hamilton could pull that off. I think Mika, Kimi, et al. are great drivers, but I couldn't tell if they'd just won a F1 race or were attending a funeral. Schumacher made me smile because even after so many wins you could tell he was thrilled to win yet another. Every time Barrichello won it seemed like he'd just fulfilled his childhood dream. It helped that winning usually meant he'd manage to outdrive MS in his prime.

What I love about the Porsche is that it is instantly recognizable. The more one looks, the more one sees the innovative details yet also the essence of the brand's design. No, it is not as far out as many of the others, but I'm not sure if that was the goal of the exhibit either.
