General Motors unveils restructuring plan
December 2, 2008
Why keep GMC when these vehicles are identical to Chevy trucks unless they are planning on keeping the GMC/Buick/Pontiac dealerships. Pontiac should go too and just keep Buick, Chevy and Cadillac. Who is going to buy such a small player as Saab? Maybe PSA or FIAT but they are also in wait and see status. Saturn can be brought into the Chevy and Buick brands easily. Sell Hummer to Mahindra.

All New 2009 Acura TL Revealed
August 15, 2008
Fuzzy design. I?m not to bothered by the shield but the front lamps resemble a current Camry. The interior looks first rate but a little bit confusing with too many buttons. The rear reminds me of the new Opel Insignia and this is the part of the car I like the most. I?m sure Acura will rework the front pretty soon unless sales exceed expectations.

Samsung SM3 Spy Photos
July 7, 2008
Samsung cars are based on several Nissan models. The SM3 is sold in the Middle East under the Nissan brand. This was a great move by Renault-Nissan to gain control of Samsung motors. If this is a Chery then I can see how some car companies from China are to get to tier 1 automakers. When Chery takes over Chrysler we may see this as the new neon. :-)
