2009 Chevrolet Traverse

We've got one of these... its great so far, but the voice recognition system is terrible. We can't get any bluetooth phone paired because it won't recognize any of us saying "Bluetooth" (4 people have tried so far) I even got my computer whiz son to try and he couldn't do it :-(
