I see a little of the Toyota FT-HS concept in there too, which is good for design consistency. yeah Toyota, you should build something like this, or you know, maybe... BUILD THE FT-86 ALREADY

Jaguar C-X16 Concept unveiled ahead of Frankfurt debut [video] This is beautiful! I see a lot of cues from the Jag C-X75 concept, especially in the rear with the skinny tail lamps, and also with the front fascia. The side profile is really nice (but could lose the red accent light) and the interior looks good too. The rear window hatch idea is neat too.

Rimac Automobili Concept One teaser [video] Nice video, and for once we have a supercar startup that seems to be paying close attention to their marketing and taking care to present their brand very well. I have to say I'm less impressed with the sketch but I'll reserve judgement until I see the actual prototype. As for the fantastic specs... I'll believe it when I see it.

2012 Mercedes-Benz SL63 AMG spied with new details Totally agree, their entire current design language looks dated, inconsistent, and somehow kind of cheap. which is sad because some of their more recent concept cars have been quite beautiful.

BMW planning six variants for new 1-Series No! no way! this car... is hideous. Perhaps not when compared to say, any similar sized car from GM or Chrysler, but when compared to its actual competitors it is f**k-ugly. Apart from looking fat and stupid, the lights and fascia are just plain wrong, they seriously look like a mistake. the lights and kidney grille do not integrate with each other at all, as a result there is this weird triangular-shaped blank space formed sort of between the light and the grille, that just looks like someone didn't know what to do with it. Am I the only one who sees this?

GreenGT LMPH2 revealed - set to race at 24 Hours of Le Mans 2012 A few things: looks like the car in the video is incomplete since the roll cage takes the place of the air intakes shown in the (really low quality) rendering, So I'll reserve total judgement until i see it finished. I'm always happy to see people working on hydrogen vehicles though, since it seems like a viable alternative to fossil fuels and potentially a lot more practical than e-vehicles. I'm also interested to see how they have addressed the safety issues, but assuming that they have, this could be a very interesting car to watch at Le Mans next year... and it looks fast too!

2013 MINI Cooper spied for the first time Damn it!! why longer and wider?! I HATE that all new models are bigger than the ones they replace. This is a MINI for god's sake! People are buying it because it IS small. They wouldn't need to build the rocketman concept if they just kept this model small, or they could make the rocketman a two-seat Smart Car competitor or something

Mercedes A-Class revealed in patent filing sigh, another promising Mercedes concept butchered in production form. Is it just me, or is Merc seriously lacking in execution lately? Their design team clearly has some great ideas, but this is just disappointing.
