I have over 115,000 miles on my truck, original battery, brakes, everything. Only thing I've had to replace was a $75 blower motor regulator. Add in the cost of ownership with maintenance, premium verses regular fuel, and insurance premiums you will find without doubt that the Caddy is cheaper by a long shot. I know for a fact because I have owned a C350 and within 3 years I had gone through 2 sets of front and rear pads and rotors. And that's not a stealership wringing me out.
