Audi quattro Stars in Ashes to Ashes BBC TV Series

Its a well known story in Audi dealer circles that some muppet forgot to register a car in time, year end deadline for a Euro 1 or 2 as the case may be. When they tried to register it in the new year, it was refused. Therefore a car that can never be registered or sold, hence the above. Mucho egg on someones face!!!
BTW, Audi UK, never heard of them..........
