Work is well under way for the fourth in instalment of the Fast & the Furious franchise, it carries the unimaginative title of “Fast and Furious” and sees many of the stars of the first film return. Vin Diesel reprises his role as the Dominic Toretto alongside Brian O'Conner played by Paul Walker, Mia (Dominic's sister) and Letty played by Jordana Brewster and Michelle Rodriguez respectively also return.

When the film is released next summer we will no doubt see a bunch of over-pimped cars burning some serious rubber, in the meantime check out this cool teaser trailer.

Finaly they used the new Impreza!

by 3Iceman | August 26, 2008 8:15 PM
FINALLY, it looks like an actual Sequel.. Can we all just forget that 2f2f and Tokyo drift were EVER made and just call this the second installment?

Actually looks pretty decent, excited to see more

Woop! New Impreza! And a RS200! looks pretty good tbh. I'm not sure about that 1st scene with the oil thing.

It kinda goes back to the first movie though. By bringing back Vin's character along with his gang; you would have to think that they were still involved with heist opperations.

Looks good though.

Not to be a critic, but there're so many other ways to stop a big rig. At least it's more believable than the first movie.

:P where is the Genissis Coupe :( isnt she supose to be the star is this moive :(

by gust3439 | August 26, 2008 9:59 PM
I don't think the Genissis coupe, would be in this movie, seeing that it's set in Mexico

by dmanero | August 26, 2008 10:07 PM
Why so much excitement over the Genesis Coupe. It's still a Hyundai, irregardless of being v6/v8 rwd or a 4 bangin turbo. Plus, once again they've suceeded at making it look like so many other cars out there, past and present, in the typical Hyundai fashion. Yes, I'm going to label this a poser car before it even hits the streets. Hyundai sux! :P

It looks good but they are using brand new cars. This was supposed to take us back to right after the first movie. Ill still watch it but going in to you already know that some things wont add up.

by ShinyG | August 26, 2008 11:08 PM

by carcrazy1234 | August 26, 2008 11:39 PM

Hahaha...new model...orginal parts...

When will the gang stop stealing sh!t from truckers?!!

I'm glad that they decided to make an ACTUAL sequel to the original.

by schizo0223 | August 27, 2008 5:06 AM
lets hope this is as good as the first one...

Somehow the trailer reminds me of the Mad Max movie

by electra | August 27, 2008 6:12 AM
the first scene with the oil tanker reminded me of the italian job...

by BabyMilo | August 27, 2008 8:08 AM
really i think that's movie will be amazing cuze he will use my favorite car ( new impraza )

by hilalth | August 27, 2008 8:28 AM
AHAHAHAHHA LMFAO are you sure it's an "impraza"?

by porschekrazii | August 29, 2008 12:13 AM
Apparently, part of it is set in LA too. And there were photos of the new Genesis coupe during filming. But I'd like to point out the first flaw of the movie. The Grand National/GNX NEVER had a V8, as the screaming exhaust suggests. How about a turbo V6 that made upwards of 276hp and well over 300lb ft. Certainly one of GM's gems during the 1980's.

by mustang5507 | August 27, 2008 10:50 AM
anybody knows that tune from the trailer, it's preety cool ?

by afterace2 | August 27, 2008 3:56 PM
I hope there aren't laughable flaws like intake manifolds causing floor panels to fall off this time.

by joe_limon | August 27, 2008 6:25 PM
Nooo you cant use an RS200 on this crap , although it never had a real chance to show its self , its a proper group b rally tool , cant beleive they are putting it in a chav film.

by ericthedog | August 28, 2008 1:27 AM
Did anybody else see the tailights of the new GT-R? I'm pretty sure I saw a spy photo of Paul Walker in the new Skyline a couple months ago.

by Jason_M | August 30, 2008 1:49 AM
Ummmmm, you'd have thought that Toretta and his crew would have learned to steal trucks at the port or a rest stop rather than in motion. But then again, criminals are not known for being that smart to begin with.
