New Footage of BMW 7-Series Showcases its Technology
We already know just about every detail we need to know about the new BMW 7-Series ever since it was released in an extravagant ceremony in Moscow, but that doesn't mean we don't want to see more. Fortunately the Bavarian manufacturer has foreseen our desires a released a whole bunch of new videos showcasing the technological talents found inside the all new model.
The above video displays the talents of the following technologies:

Driving Dynamic System

Lane change and lane departure warning system

Active cruise control and front-to-rear collision warning system

Night vision with person recognition
-
Head-up and speed limit display

To put it in another way . If Mercedes would have a Chris Bangle they would sell more cars
If BMW gets rid of those two and brings back the German blood into their design team, watch BMW take off again. I am just waiting and hoping for the day that happens. At least the 1 series are a start in the right direction.
This 7 series definitely looks a lot better than the one with the bangle-butt design.
As I rightly pointed out in 2002 when inspecting a new E65 7-Series sitting forlornly (orphan-like)on the showroom floor amongst a sea of older generation BMW models at the dealership, all this car needed was similarly "Bangle-inspired" 3,5,6 & Z models to make "design sense". Since then it has happened!
The new 7-Series is an evolution of that E65 7. In other words, it is still "Bangle". God Bless him!!
