Two hundred exclusive Fiat 500 vehicles, from which 60 units are going to the UK, have been set aside for European Ferrari customers requiring a loaner vehicle during servicing. Ferrari has chosen the small Fiat for its clients who appreciate Italian style, and like unique products.

Based on the 500 Sport version with traditional Ferrari red paintwork, the exclusive special editions are fitted with the 1.4-litre 100 bhp engine and offer a tuned exhaust system by long time Ferrari components supplier, Magneti Marelli.

Also included: red brake callipers, a sports pedal set, special black steering wheel with red stitching, and 16-inch alloy wheels. Other features include automatic climate control, electric sunroof, prestigious Frau leather interior, stereo, fog lights, numbered plate on the dashboard and Limited Edition wording on the kick plates.

Two hundred exclusive Fiat 500 for the Ferrari sales network

Fiat 500 and Ferrari: two universal motoring icons which represent “Made in Italy”, one cute and the other exclusive. This is why the Maranello House has chosen the Fiat model as its “courtesy car” for its customers, who appreciate Italian style and like unique products. In actual fact, two hundred Fiat 500 have been manufactured exclusively for the Ferrari sales network and will be driving on all of Europe’s roads.

Based on the Sport version and distinguished by the traditional red colour, the two hundred Fiat 500 specials are fitted with the lively 1.4 6v 100 bhp engine and offer specific tuning and exhaust in perfect harmony with the sporty spirit of the “prancing horse”: these two features are designed and made by Magneti Marelli, a leading components company in the Fiat Group which has supplied high-tech parts to Fiat and Ferrari for years. The same sporty theme can also be found in some aesthetic details such as the red calipers, sporty pedal set, special black steering wheel with red stitching and 16” alloy wheels with 195/45 tyres.

Compared to the already richly equipped Sport version, the Fiat 500 customised for Ferrari also has automatic climate control, electric sunroof, prestigious Frau leather interior, hi-fi, fog lights, numbered plate on the dashboard and “Limited Edition” wording on the kick plate. The Ferrari network will thus be able to offer its customers a special car where the choice of every detail is the result of meticulous care and craftsmanship.

With this original initiative, the Fiat 500 model is confirmed both as a real “platform” on which Fiat is creating exclusive limited editions and as a successful car capable of winning over the general public, as demonstrated by the 222 thousand orders so far received.

Just one thing: would Ferrari owners want a Fiat?

Ha-ha, leather from Poltrona Frau. That natural leather thing is a reason to not by a Ferrari.

I thought WCF was joking when they posted this link. Can you imagine, first you drive one of the most beautiful cars on the road then you drive this, I'd rather walk, hell I could probably out run it.lol no thank you

Its got a 100hp 1.4 liter engine, accelerates 0-60mph in 10.3 sec, and has a top speed is 113mph, not bad for a little city car.

They should have used the Abarth model instead.

just cheap marketing, but the fiat 500 in its own context is a nifty, classy little car

i no im gonna go spend a coupe hundred thousand dollars just coz as a loaner car i will get a fiat 500! COME ON FERRARI! people dont want a 500 thy want another ferrari as a loaner

Honestly IF its this car or no car... id take this car - heck its just for fun anyways...

And there is no way ferrari would be able to afford to give ferrari loaner cars- Then Ferrari might as well build a second Ferrari for every one sold? What happens when the loaner cars need repairs too?

Fiat 500 is easy to service and 10x more reliable that any Ferrari- It makes sense to make a very unique car give it a personal touch and into a loaner ... Smart move by Ferrari

Hate this car, and if you buy a Ferrari you would want one as a loaner
