Having already been caught cold earlier this year doing winter testing, the Peugeot 308 CC has now been spotted undergoing hot weather testing in the south of France, it is due to hit dealers in the Spring of 2009 and development appears to have hit full throttle.

The front end design of the model appears to mimic that of the hatchback version and the new generation model will once again have the two-part retractable folding-hardtop. The overall length and height stay close to the 3-door & 5-door versions but the CC version will be the first to incorporate the diesel-hybrid engine which was announced by PSA Peugeot -Citroen a couple of years a go for the Peugeot 308-series and Citroen C4.

the front is clearly 308, you can almost see the peugeot badge on the nose. Besides it have french plates and peugeotish rims.

I live in america and I still can tell its a peugeot from the front. The thing is these photographers that get the spy shots know what they are doing. They hide out near the specific headquarters of each car company. This is how that know which car is being tested.

black colour absorbs heat the most. But it also the best colour to release heat, that's the electronic chips are black.
