Alfa Romeo Spider by Novitec
Finishing touches
Novitec has added some finishing touches to the new Alfa Romeo Spider, just in time for the cabrio season. The open two-seater was voted Cabrio of the Year 2006 after its launch at the Geneva Motor Show that year.
Novitec has designed a new front bumper and rear diffuser to underline the aerodynamics and to make it stand out from the factory spec Spiders. Novitec also bolted on a new stainless steel rear silencer accentuating the sound, while the four tailpipes (115x85 mm ovals) add some aggressiveness to the back end.
Novitec also supplies some new footwear for the Alfa Spider, 20 inch N9 multi-piece rims wrapped in Pirelli 255/30R20 rubber while the suspension, adjustable in height from 35 mm to 75 mm and ride stiffness, ensures optimum grip.
Style, elegance, passion, technology about Sport, they disappoint me in their engine or should I say performance. Ok the diesel is great, but the petrol? The acceleration? Pour stuff! This car, this legend disserves I think more than 350hp to match its design and style.
Also the concept version was powered with Maserati V8 engine producing around 400 PS (395 hp/294 kW).Thats ALFA!
Very nice! But why does it have RS4 alloys?
Overall its a nice car. But I wish they would fix the front bumper. I know that overall shape is there trade mark design... but it just doesn't fit. If bmw slapped their grill onto it, the car would look better.
Hot as hell! If Alfa only had the reliability of some of the other premium brands, I'd take this over a BMW E93! Beautiful car ... drool! :-D
It is very good-looking, but I agree a bigger engine would be good, logically FIAT has Maserati and Ferrari engines to choose from and the 8C Competizione is too rare to be threatened by a high performane Brera/Spider

thats is a peace of ART!!! ... of course technologically ... this one haven't got a good performance or Handling but talking about only design ...... it is GREAT!!!!!!
