Maybach 62 Facelift Spied
Just a few days ago, we showed spy photos of a next generation Maybach 62 test mule sporting the extended body of an S-Class. And now our spy snappers have spotted a Maybach 62 wearing a mismatched pair of tail lamps on the streets on Munich. Looking more closely, evidence emerges of a very minor facelift. At the rear of the car we can see that the left side tailamp is normal with its lower reflector extending below the boot lid across the rear body panel. However, on the right side tail lamp the reflector is either filled with a normal painted panel containing a smaller LED light strip just below the main tail lamp lens housing -or- a thin black plastic moulding/applique is covering the standard reflector with a hole cut out for the light strip. Also, the front grille has fewer vertical slats and these wheels appear to be new as well.
The backlights and the front are slightly changed...
Somehow this car now is very attractive, can't explain why, obviously it still looks the same... maybe it always looked good and now I have a good taste to discover the elegance this car has...
On the home page I almost mistook the back for the Altima until I read the headline. I hope those are just test lights. And I can't see that much of a difference maybe except for a new two tone color scheme. And whoever wrote this article obviously didn't know that those wheels are the same exact ones that are offered on the current Maybachs, and the Grille is from the S-series Maybach.
A look-I'm-so-goddamn-important-but-really-I-bought-this-vehicle-to-make-up-for-my-own-inadequacies vehicle.
just not special enough to justfy it's price tag- it screams "Go buy the S-class and save yourself hundreds of thousands of pounds!"
oh Hyundai decided to do a facelift on the Idiot 62 Finally...
Same car, the owner just ordered it with the new LED rear lights, headhlights look the same to me. Seems like a lotta ppl hate this car on here. I personally think its the most beautiful limousine on the market, better than Rolls and Bentley combined. Both interior and exterior wise.
right on the dot , Rad ! if it ain't broke , Maybach don't fix it !
The Rims look ugly and the back lights come from Japenese Cars

Loosk better, still a bit too old!
