New Audi RS6

Nobody can deny, it's an exepcional model but, way ahead of E63 AMG still not better than the M5.

I love the tuned Audimodels, they still look subtle after performanceimprovement(bad english, I know). I can't stand the AMG E-class for example, there is no harmony in exteriortuning.

bmwaddict, this car will probably lap quicker times than the M5. Every RS model has had quicker lap times than their respective competitor, but the sad part is that they have been considered a "let down" because it's not as "fun." Sure it laps quicker times, goes faster in a straight line, can carry you and your family plus the dog in the back at 155mph w/ comfort, is 100% useable all year (snow, rain, sunny), and it looks damn nice, but it's "not as fun." What a crock of bullshit. The RS 6 wont dominate the M5, but the RS 6 will beat it.

Iam sure the E63 AMG is better than this one.

For NauAudiS4, nobody can deny the astonishing performances of this car. You're also probably right, RS6 still has to built a name for itself. I can't wait for the tests in AutoMotor und Sport. You will see that on track the M5 will beat it, very close though.

LOL bmw addict, theres no way the M5 will beat it on the track, this has quattro and much more power. Just look at the RS 4 for an example to base off. I've even seen a few comparisons done between an M5 and an RS 4 on Edmunds etc and they all found that the RS 4 was better. Check for yourself. They said the RS 4 perfomed better in terms of handling, braking, more fun etc, and its not even in the same class category. If the RS 4 is already better than an M5 according to reviewers then what is this more powerful, newer RS 6 going to be like.

You need to accept that cars can't stay the best at something forever, they all become superseded at some time. Now the M5 has been outdated. In the future the RS 6 will become outdated even, but for now it looks certain that the RS 6 is the best in its class, and its an avant, the sedan should be even better.

AMG or never !

There's nothing that can go beyond E63, in fact the AMGs with the beauty, performance, and even the comfort. it used to be with the E55, the damn car made its mark. according me, there is E63 which is on top of its game,then after RS-6 and RS-4, and the new V10 S6 & S8, and BMW takes the last in this game.(except the Mpower magic)

you amg and m people need a serious reality check. look closely at the rs6 engine and you'll see a tfsi. thats a turbo people, 580hp. most of you are probably too young to remember when bmw, mercedes and porsche put a video together to prove that audi had an unfair advantage and successfully had audi banned from racing. think about the technology in the r8, from le mans. what about the diesel at le mans? didn't they complain about that and gave audi more weight to deal with? did that help their crying asses?? why do you think amg and m put v8's in the m3 and amg c class? can anyone say 2005 rs4? porsche was smart enough to know if you can't beat 'em, join 'em. mercedes grouped with chrysler, that was smart, and bmw is still trying to get over chris bangle. that being said, audi has the ability to share knowledge with lamborghini, bentley, bugatti, vw and porsche engineers. where do you think porsche got the variable turbine technology? does anyone outside this family have it? i've given you audi hating bozos some points to ponder. to top it off, i leave you with audis motto. This one is for the beamer addict. just letting you know they compare the RS4 to the M5, and still after the rs6 they are going to have the rs5. take a look at the video on you tube of the old RS6 it might change your mind about BMW(although still a good car) and the other guy was right about audi being banned because quattro s were too easily cleaning up!!!
