Sales starting with the market launch of the BMW 3 Series Convertible on 24 March 2007
They are certainly individualists on four wheels – but at the same time the new BMW 3 Series Convertible and the new BMW 3 Series Coupé definitely share the same sporting character. A character with visible performance and dynamism obvious at very first sight. And now the discerning customer is able to express this character in even greater style with the new BMW Sports Packages available for both the open-air and closed two-door models upon the market launch of the new BMW 3 Series Convertible on 24 March 2007.
The Equipment Package highly attractive in terms of both looks and function comprises an M Aerodynamics Package and BMW Individual High-Gloss Satin Chrome to give the car a truly sporting and striking exterior. The M Sports Suspension together with 18-inch M light-alloy wheels in star-spoke styling serves to convey the superior drive power of the engine to the road in dynamic style, lowering the entire car by 15 millimetres or almost 0.6 inches. 19-inch M light-alloy wheels in double-spoke design are available as an additional option.
The M Sports Suspension is available for all models with the exception of the all-wheel-drive version of the BMW 3 Series Coupé.
Within the interior of the BMW 3 Series Convertible and the BMW 3 Series Coupé with the M Sports Package, the dynamic driving experience is further accentuated by sports seats, interior trim in polished aluminium, an M leather steering wheel, M footrests and M door entry trim, BMW Individual roof lining in anthracite (not on the BMW 3 Series Convertible) and BMW M-style upholstery in a unique combination of cloth and Alcantara. As an option, the sports seats are also available in Dakota leather.
The BMW 3 Series Convertible and Coupé featuring the M Sports Package are available with no less than six paintwork colours, including exclusive M-paintwork Le Mans Blue metallic.
The really discerning purchaser also has the option to combine the various BMW Individual product highlights such as exclusive paintwork, upholstery and interior trim in high-quality wooden trim or in Piano finish black with the M Sports Package.
