Nissan has announced a series of changes for the 2016 Rogue.

Set to go on sale in the United States this fall, the 2016 Rouge features a revised color palette that now includes Magnetic Black.  There's also a new Rogue S Appearance Package which adds chrome door handles and body-color exterior mirrors with integrated turn signals.

Additional changes are limited but the crossover gains an improved Blind Spot Warning system, a Motion-Activated Power Liftgate (on the Rogue SL) and NissanConnect Services (on the Rogue SL).  The Rogue SL and Rogue SV Premium Package also feature new Siri Eyes Free compatibility.

Last but not least, there's a newly optional Forward Emergency Braking system which monitors the speed and proximity of the vehicle ahead of the Rogue. When a collision is imminent, the system will automatically brake the car to prevent or reduce the severity of a crash.
