Roadster is still in the cards

According to a recent report, Pagani is working on a track-focused Huayra that could be called the Nürburgring Edition.

Details are limited but Teamspeed member z356 reportedly talked to Pagani test driver Davide Testi who let it slip that the company is working on a competition variant that could be limited to 10-25 units. Testi reportedly went on to say the company is planning to produce 110 coupes and 110 roadsters.

The latter model is slightly over due as Horacio Pagani originally said "there will be a Huayra Roadster in approximately three years" during an interview in 2011. More recent reports have indicated the model will be unveiled within two years so expect it by 2016 at the latest.

110 coupes and roadsters??? What does it mean?? All Huyara production including track and special editions will be limited to 110 hardtops and 110 softops?? Anyway, strategy it's going to be like it was with Zonda. Standard, Roadster than increased version including roadsters and than track-competition. And finally many, many one-off.

My understanding is that there will only be 220 cars made - 110 of each. But I'm sure many many one offs will follow!
