The Trabant is a car that was produced by former East German auto maker VEB Sachsenring Automobilwerke Zwickau in Zwickau, Saxony. It was the most common vehicle in the country and was also exported to countries both inside and outside the communist bloc. With its poor performance, outdated and inefficient smoky 600cc two-stroke engine, the car still reigns supreme in many collectors' hearts.
Now just for a moment, forget about history. This Trabant 601 station wagon has a 3.0-liter turbo engine, good enough to blast a Nissan GT-R R35 with 580HP (432 kW) in a quarter mile run. The yellow Trabbi crosses the finish line in 11.3 seconds, half a second faster than the Godzilla.
