Fast & Furious 7 resumes shooting, now filming in Abu Dhabi [video]

Set to air on April 10, 2015

Our colleagues from Speeed.com have uploaded a video recorded during the shooting of Fast & Furious 7 in Abu Dhabi.

After Paul Walker's sudden death the future of Fast & Furious movies was in doubt but it seems the franchise will live on as Universal Studios has restarted filming on the seventh installment. According to the latest rumors, all of the footage Paul Walker already recorded for the movie will be included but the script has been reworked in order to retire his character, Brian O'Conner.

The attached behind the scenes video is taken somewhere in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates and shows a red Ferrari 458 Italia trying to evade the incoming police. The movie was originally programmed to air this July but according to Vin Diesel was rescheduled for April 10, 2015.

The show must go on it seems. Even had Paul Walker not died, it does make logical sense in the story universe for him to retire being a new dad and all.
