Audi has introduced the U.S.-spec 2015 Q3 this week at the North American International Auto Show (NAIAS) in Detroit, following an announcement made last week.
Ingolstadt's entry-level crossover is scheduled to go on sale this fall exclusively with a 4-cylinder 2.0-liter TFSI engine outputting 200 bhp (149 kW) and 207 lb-ft (280 Nm). The engine will work with a 6-speed Tiptronic gearbox that can be linked to an optional quattro all-wheel drive arrangement.
Standard equipment will include 18-inch rims, a panoramic sunroof and LED-infused xenon plus headlights while the cabin will host 12-power front heated seats, leather upholstery, a metallic trim and LED lightning. At an additional cost, customers will be able to configure their Q3 with a BOSE Surround Sound System, MMI Navigation Plus with a 7-inch screen, Sport and Driver Assistance packages as well as an Audi drive select system with three driving modes to choose from: Comfort, Dynamic and Auto.
Pricing details will be disclosed closer to the crossover's Q3 launch.
