First production LaFerrari

Limited to 499 units

The first production Ferrari LaFerrari has already reached the used car market and it's available at SEMCO GmbH in Germany.

When Ferrari introduced its flagship model March last year at Geneva Motor Show they asked 1.3M EUR for the remaining units but the seller of the first production model has listed the vehicle with a staggering price of 2.38M EUR. As you would imagine, the vehicle is virtually new and has been driven for just 200 km (124 miles).

The LaFerrari comes with an evolution of the firm's 6.3-liter V12 engine now churning 800 HP (588 kW) and 700 Nm (516 lb-ft) of torque which works with a 163 HP (120 kW) and 270 Nm (199 lb-ft) electric motor providing the supercar with a combined output of 963 HP (708 kW).

It takes less than 3 seconds to get to 62 mph (100 km/h) while the 0-124 mph (0-200 km/h) task is achieved in less than 7 seconds. It will do 0-186 mph (0-300 km/h) in 15 seconds before hitting a top speed in excess of 217 mph (350 km/h).

Hey Chris Harris ... When are u doing the all time greatest comparo between this, 918 and P1....? Are you hot enough to get these 3 to a track (preferably the ring) to sort them out... I don't know about anyone else, but it's what I've been waiting for since these new age hypers had been announced... You've been challenged Monkey...make it happen... ;)

will Ferrari blacklist the seller for flipping such an exclusive model?

Amazing! I think the price is ok guys, look at the limited edition plaque, this will be resold for more in 10 years - look at the Enzo. Ferrari considers this when it dreams up the prices. May not beat the 918 but sure looks better! I think the 918 is a set back, looks worse that the Carrera GT!

I'm sorry. 918 looks a lot refined than Carrera GT. LaFerrari looks like an evolution of 458 Italia but half-way through then stopped. But then both cars are great.

Do you think that someone who has paid that much money will care about mpg ?

Its not about care/will not care. its about reaching to the nearest fuel station. so less mpg is practical.

Yeah on a race track when one guy pulls into the pits to refuel and the other keeps going. Or on the road too.

Hurm. I thought Ferrari prevent any LaFerrari buyers to sell back within a specified time after purchase? Little bit confused here.

I think there are better ways to spend 2.38M EUR to be honest...and those panel gaps, wow.

Those are not panel gaps as in a low quality product, but a feature of the overall exterior design. Look how the side panel gap is continuing on the back end of the car joining the brake lamp.

I still can't seem to understand why they are not releasing exact specifications of this car or the P1. Ït will do 0-100 in less than 3sec." means nothing! Come on, why pay such a terrifying price without knowing excatly what it can do? :P

Because they are slower than the Nismo GTR 2014 on the 'ring :))) And none of them wants to be ashamed so in the meantime they continue lapping over there hoping to manage a few seconds better :D

The 918 is faster than the GTR Nismo on the ring, but i wonder if the LaFerrari has come close to that.

@GeeNee .. well, you are "slow" if you didn't read the smileys and the irony in my statement. and i see you are not the only one....it's a marketing stunt for the companies. They let porsche go public but they keep the exclusivism, the mistery, to make people wonder and think of that car more...but yeah...you're right 918 is faster :)))
