The high-performance RS version of the 2014 Range Rover Sport has been spied once again undergoing testing.
Compared to the spy photos we posted in April, the latest Range Rover Sport RS prototype has lost some of the camouflage and we can take a look at the hood, roof, door handles and the rear's center area. Land Rover has prepared a slightly more aggressive body kit with bigger bumpers, sportier suspension, larger air intakes and a Brembo braking system with red calipers.
Under the hood it will probably get a V8 5.0-liter supercharged engine outputting somewhere in the region of 550 HP (405 kW) and 501 lb-ft (680 Nm). The current Supercharged version has 510 HP (375 kW) and does 0-60 mph (0-96 km/h) in 5 seconds so the RS version should accomplish the task in around 4.8s.
A similar RS treatment is allegedly in the pipeline for the Evoque as well.
