Fiat has announced plans to introduce the Freemont Black Code and Panda 4x4 Antartica at the Frankfurt Motor Show.
First up, the Freemont Black Code is a rebadged Dodge Journey Blacktop Edition. It features a gloss black grille, tinted headlights and 19-inch alloy wheels.
Interior changes are relatively limited but the model comes nicely equipped with heated leather seats, a premium audio system and an infotainment system with an 8.4-inch display.
Under the hood, two engines are available. The 2.0-liter MultiJet II develops 170 HP (125 kW) while the 3.6-liter Pentastar V6 produces 280 HP (205 kW). Front-wheel drive is standard on the diesel variant while all-wheel drive and a six-speed automatic transmission are standard on the petrol version.
The Freemont Black Code will go on sale early next year and pricing will be announced closer to launch.
The Panda 4x4 Antartica, on the other hand, celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Panda 4x4. It is based on the Rock variant and is distinguished by two-tone exterior with orange mirror caps, special badging and 15-inch alloy wheels.
The two-tone theme carries over to the cabin as it features grey and orange upholstery.
Engine options include a 0.9-liter TwinAir Turbo with 85 HP (62 kW) and a 1.3-liter MultiJet II diesel with 75 HP (55 kW).
The Panda 4x4 Antartica will go on sale later this year but there's no word on pricing.
