Could be out in 2015

The Mercedes-Benz SLC has been spied once again while undergoing testing at the Nürburgring circuit in Germany.

Internally known as the C190, the SLC prototype seen here is heavily camouflaged but we can still notice some SLS influences, including what appears to be a very long hood. Unlike the larger SLS which has gullwing doors, the SLC will adopt conventional doors along with a dual exhaust setup and a trunk-mounted spoiler.

Power will reportedly come from a twin-turbo V8 4.0-liter outputting approximately 485 HP (357 kW). Rumors are also suggesting an S derivative packing 550 HP (404 kW), as well as a flagship Black Series version unleashing somewhere in the region of 585 HP (430 kW).

Scheduled to go on sale probably in 2015, the Mercedes-Benz SLC (name not confirmed) is expected to carry a starting price of 109,000 EUR.
