Features revised styling inside and out

BMW has released the first pictures of the 2014 X5 with the M Sport package.

Sporting a monotone appearance, the X5 M Sport has a new front bumper, revised side skirts and 19- or 20-inch light alloy wheels. The changes are less noticeable out back but include a new rear bumper with an integrated diffuser.

The interior has been equipped with leather and Alcantara sport seats, an M multifunction leather steering wheel and M branded sill plates. There's also Aluminum Hexagon trim, an Anthracite headliner, an M footrest and a unique key fob.

Lastly, the model is equipped with an Adaptive M suspension that has Dynamic Damping Control and a rear air suspension.

Baaarf...And they actually want to fire (if they didn't already) the design team at audi, because the of the new design boss. Audi's been making great new cars every new year, while bmw has fallen. When will the design team at Bmw be fired for the ha;f-a$$ job they've been doing for the last decade, after the "Bangle era".

seems like dark colors suits it better, masking the features that make it not so appealing.

That hog eye fog lamp beneath the Headlamps are badly positioned and unnecessary, it feels a bit too wrong.

Except a comparably equipped RR sport is nearly $20k more.....kind of hard to justify the premium.

After the mass hysteria and disapproval of the standard X5, I guess BMW pushed the date for this reveal forward to put out some fires. Still a bit of a dog imo.
