Need for Speed Rivals announced [video]

Arriving November 19

EA has announced a new installment in the long-running Need for Speed franchise called Rivals.

The Call of Duty of racing games will be back again this November 19 on the PC, Xbox 360 and PlayStation 3. EA has already said Xbox One and PlayStation 4 versions are in the works and will be out later.

The latest NFS game is the work of Ghost Games and will use the FrostBite 3 engine to create a game which will be a mixture of Hot Pursuit and Most Wanted. You'll have the chance to race in an open-world called Redview County and take the role of a racer or police officer. Reports are indicating cars will be available with some form of customization.

As you might recall, Need for Speed will make the jump to the big screen next year on March 14. Some of the cars included in the motion picture are: McLaren P1, Lamborghini Sesto Elemento, Bugatti Veyron Super Sport World Record Edition, Koenigsegg Agera R and the GTA Spano.

Same, where's a proper import tuner game when you need one?! I'm getting tired of this copy and paste crap that NFS franchise been doing lately, let's try something different for once.
